  Unfortunately for right now this is the Starbucks closest to my job and they are horrible. They always manage to mess up my order or my coworkers orders. I stood there for 10 mins waiting for my breakfast sandwich and the kids forgot to make it... then they give you attitude like if you are in the wrong. No one apologize, just straight up attitude. I asked for a refund and walked out... I can't wait for them to open the new one on sunrise and university.

  Without failure every single time I come here it takes at LEAST 15 minutes to get my drink. Its unbelievable. Today I ordered a regular latte at 8:43 and did not walk out of there until 9, and there weren't even that many people!! They don't even have a drive thru to deal with and they are still so slow! I never thought I'd be writing a bad review for a Starbucks, but this is so ridiculous. Definitely avoiding this Starbucks
